Pastor Al Kiwazek has been part of our church since 2019. He has served in many management positions throughout his life, and God called him to be a Pastor with the Spider Lake Church after he joined our church that year. Pastor Al has one passion, and that is to see God's Kingdom established in people's hearts, and for people to experience and embrace God's love and presence. He loves preaching and teaching God's Word, helping others grow into their purpose and true identity in Christ. He serves as a Campus Pastor at the Main Street Campus leading the 11am traditional service. 

He also serves as the Executive Director for a ministry focused on helping those struggling with substance addiction right next door to the church, Greater Hayward House of Hope. He entered into that position when Pastor Michael Thompson, formerly Spider Lake Church's Discipleship Pastor and pioneer of the House of Hope was called to continue using his gifts to start other houses of hope in Minnesota. Pastor Al felt God speaking to him to step into this role and continue the work of seeing addicts walk into the freedom God offers them. And what a perfect fit. With all his managerial skills, together with his heart, passion and knowledge of God's Word, he is able to further this work in the lives of those who come into the program and commit to it.
