SPIDER LAKE WOMEN'S FELLOWSHIP meetings are held on every 3rd Monday of the month at
12:30 at the Spider Lake Campus.
All ladies of the Spider Lake Church are invited to come and join us. We encourage you to come
early at 12noon (prior to our meeting) for “Snack & Chat”. If you like, you can bring a bag lunch
(optional) for you to enjoy. It’s a great way to make new friendships and have wonderful
conversations and fellowship with each other in an informal way. It’s a true blessing to be able
to come together with your sisters-in-Christ and serving the Lord with each other.
Our mission and motto are “Working Today for a Better Tomorrow”, and we are surrendered to
Jesus Christ to serve Him in love. We ask Him to direct us in His will and purpose for us. We
believe in the power of prayer. We are women of faith.
Additional ministries include the Prayer Bear Ministry and after-service Food & Fellowship
Ministry. We have 2 fundraisers per year to provide monies for the SLWF Community
Benevolence Fund. Community needs and distributions are entrusted to our Lead Pastor Gary
Hilgendorf. Pastor Gary has his “finger on the pulse of our community” and we are very
thankful for him. Fundraisers include the ongoing selling of the Original Kitchenette Brooms
and our largest fundraiser is hosting the annual COUNTRY FAIR.
We look forward to seeing you and thank the Lord for providing us with this wonderful and
important ministry.
Jane Galles,
President
