Women’s Fellowship – “Working today for a better tomorrow”
Women’s Fellowship meetings are held the third Monday of each month in different locations. All local women are welcome. (Please contact Mary Lou Hosler if you have questions.)
The recent Fundraiser Benefit for a member of our congregation raised over $6,000. Thanks to all who helped with this project!
We hosted an Oktoberfest Potluck on October 12th at the Main Campus Fellowship Hall. The church Council provided the meat for the meal and all attending were asked to bring a dish to pass. Entertainment was provided by Ukuladies & Lads and 97 people came!
The Country Fair was held on November 18th. We set up the room on Thursday before, then on Friday people brought in their crafts, homemade goodies, etc. We had “heat and eat” meals again, as well as pies and home canning/baked goods. (See pictures above.)
All monies raised in fundraisers will go into our Community Help Fund. The Spider Lake Women’s Fellowship has helped many individuals and organizations in the community who have had financial needs. Local women who are interested in helping with events are welcome and encouraged to attend.
2017 Elected officers are:
Mary Lou Hosler, President
